Student Gareth, or Gaz as he is more commonly known, joined the club in November 2011, after impressing club scouts when he lined up against FC in a friendly, for a University of Derby XI. Boasting a fierce left-foot (but no Jackhammer™), Gaz scored his first goal for the club in the 6-0 away win at Stafford in April 2012. Supports Celtic, but don't hold it against him.
